30 Day Returns
What's the return policy?
- If you're not happy for any reason, you may return eligible Linjer items within 30 days of receiving the order. Items must be unused and in original condition, including all original packaging. Please read more below about relevant costs.
- Customized products and products marked "Final sale" on the respective product page are not eligible for return.
- All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy or they will be sent back to you at your expense.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We are offering an extended holiday return period for orders placed between November 15 and December 14, 2025 – for these orders, you will have until January 15, 2026 to initiate a return (rather than the normal 30-day window).
What's the return process?

Australia / Canada / France / Germany / Hong Kong / Ireland / Italy / Netherlands / Singapore / United Kingdom / United States
We are pleased to offer two return options:
1) Ship your return parcel (at your cost) to a designated address in your country. You will not receive a shipping label from Linjer.
2) We create a return label for you to use for the return shipment. A flat rate of $15 USD (or equivalent in other currencies) per shipment will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and handling. -
Belgium / New Zealand / United Arab Emirates
Ship your return parcel (at your cost) to a designated address in your country. You will not receive a shipping label from Linjer. -
Other European Union Countries
Please select Germany as your return warehouse and ship your return parcel (at your cost). -
Elsewhere (including Norway)
Returns must be shipped to our returns provider in Hong Kong (where import duties/taxes do not apply). The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.

Exchanges
What's your exchange policy?
We don't have a formal exchange program. If you'd like to exchange something for a different colour or size, we treat it like a return. Then you can place a new order on our webshop for the item you'd like to receive in exchange.
