Linjer ships to 44 countries:

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for orders above $75 USD.
Orders under $75 USD are subject to a nominal shipping fee.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
- Prices are inclusive of taxes for shipments destined for Europe, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
- If sales tax doesn’t apply in the destination country, no taxes apply for your purchase.
- For other countries, taxes and relevant duties will be calculated on checkout.
How long will delivery take?
- Orders are dispatched within 1 business day.
- Delivery times range from 1-12 business days depending on the destination.

- All shipments have tracking numbers. We will send you a tracking number by email after your parcel leaves the warehouse.
Please note:
Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient (e.g. mis-typed address)—are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.
Returns
What's your return policy?
- If you're not happy for any reason, you may return eligible Linjer items within 30 days of receiving the order. Items must be unused and in original condition, including all original packaging. Please read more below about relevant costs.
- Customized products and products marked "Final sale" on the respective product page are not eligible for return.
- We are offering an extended holiday return period for orders placed between November 4 and December 15, 2024-- for these orders, you will have until January 16, 2025 to initiate a return (rather than the normal 30-day window).
- All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy or they will be sent back to you at your expense.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
What's the return process?

We are pleased to offer two return options:
1) Ship your return parcel (at your cost) to a designated address in your country. You will not receive a shipping label from Linjer.
2) We create a return label for you to use for the return shipment. A flat rate of $15 USD (or equivalent in other currencies) per shipment will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and handling.
Belgium / New Zealand / Mexico / UAE
We are pleased to offer one return option:
1) Ship your return parcel (at your cost) to a designated address in your country. You will not receive a shipping label from Linjer.
Other European Union Countries
Please select Germany as your return warehouse and ship your return parcel (at your cost) here.
Elsewhere -- Returns must be shipped to our returns provider in Hong Kong (where import duties/taxes do not apply). The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.

Exchanges
What's your exchange policy?
We don't have a formal exchange program. If you'd like to exchange something for a different colour or size, we treat it like a return. Then you can place a new order on our webshop for the item you'd like to receive in exchange.
