My sister was so upset to lose a beautiful and now sentimental earring. Myself and my cousin emailed the day after to see about a replacement and we're helped so closely in order to replace it. Even when the new set got stuck in a Fastway warehouse that went into liquidation, they responded and dispatched a new pair quickly. They arrived yesterday and the joy it brought my sister was immeasurable!
