2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a number of payment methods on our secure checkout including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Paypal and Apple Pay. We also offer various local payment methods depending on your country, like GiroPay in Germany, ING in the Netherlands and GrabPay in Singapore. Additionally, we offer payment installment options through Klarna and Paypal (Pay in 4 and Pay Monthly) in select countries.

3. Do you have any stockists/physical stores?

We sell through our website only; this is how we're able to sell luxury-quality products at a fraction of the price of traditional luxury brands. We know that nothing compares to seeing something in real life though. If you'd like to get more of a sense of a particular product, you can check out our product pages, go on Instagram and search the tag #linjerco or images tagged @linjerco, or search online for other images or videos of our products. OUR JEWELRY

1. Where is your jewelry made?

Our jewelry is manufactured in Thailand and China.

We care a lot about sustainability and doing right. We screen all of our suppliers to ensure that their values are consistent with ours. We look for clean and safe working environments and observe how employees are treated. We have personally visited and tested over dozens of factories, choosing partners that have a long-term approach with their employees. This not only results in better working environments for the employees, but also a staff of organized and highly trained teams who can consistently make high-quality products with care!

2. Is Linjer actually sustainable?

Yes — sustainability is a core value of our brand!

Our sustainability efforts in jewelry focus on longevity and responsible sourcing. We craft our pieces with the highest quality materials, including 100% recycled 14k gold and sterling silver. We use ethically sourced diamonds that are lab grown and conflict-free and we select FSC-certified paper and recycled materials for our packaging. 

In addition, we offset the carbon emissions from every shipment on our webshop, without any additional cost to our customers.

3. How do I find my ring size?

4. Do you have a warranty?

Yes, we have a warranty! We guarantee your jewelry pieces to be free of any manufacturing defect for two years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover general wear, damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect or failed repair attempts. The warranty does not cover purchases made using online auction sites or other unauthorized resellers.
