PLACING AN ORDER
1. Do you have any stockists/physical stores?
We sell through our website only; this is how we're able to sell luxury-quality products at a fraction of the price of traditional luxury brands. We know that nothing compares to seeing something in real life though. If you'd like to get more of a sense of a particular product, you can check out our product pages, go on Instagram and search the tag #linjerco or images tagged @linjerco, or search online for other images or videos of our products. You can also contact our team (firstname.lastname@example.org) with any questions you have!
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit/debit cards on our webshop through a secure checkout. We also accept PayPal, which has several payment options, including eCheck and Discover credit card. Additionally, you can use these accelerated checkout methods on our webshop: Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shopify Pay.
3. What currency will I place my order in?
For your convenience, we offer payment in a variety of currencies. As you browse our website, you will see a currency selector that will allow you to choose which currency you see prices in and check out in.
4. Can I split the payment across multiple credit cards?
Unfortunately it's not possible to split payment across multiple payment methods.
5. Do you offer payment by installment?
We currently do not offer payment by installment.

All of our leather is tanned in Italy and complies with strict environmental standards.
2. I know you used to make The Soft Briefcase and The Crossbody Purse in vegetable-tanned leather. Can I buy a vegetable-tanned version of one of these bags?
Although all new production is in chrome-tanned leather, we have some remaining stock from old production runs. Email us at email@example.com and we may be able to sell you one of the pieces made in vegetable-tanned leather.
3. Where are your products assembled? Do you have ethical labour practices?
Our leather goods and watches are assembled at excellent factories in Turkey and China. (We have done production in Italy before, but we no longer produce there as we could not get the same consistency in quality as in other places.) Our jewelry is manufactured in Thailand and China.
We care a lot about sustainability and doing right. We screen all of our suppliers to ensure that their values are consistent with ours. We look for clean and safe working environments and observe how employees are treated. We have personally visited and tested over dozens of factories across Europe and Asia, choosing partners that have a long-term approach with their employees. This not only results in better working environments for the employees, but also a staff of organized and highly trained teams who can consistently make high-quality products with care!
4. Do you have any vegan options?
All of our leather products are made from bovine hides from northern and central Europe, and we currently don't have any products made of "vegan leather". However, some of our watch styles (namely The Petite, Mesh, The GMT and The Chrono-Diver) have metal bracelet options.
