Where does Linjer ship?
Linjer ships to 41 countries:
- North America: United States, Canada, Mexico
- Europe: United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Belgium, The Netherlands, Switzerland, and more
- Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
- Asia: Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, and more
- Middle East: Israel, United Arab Emirates

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders above $75 USD. For orders below $75 USD, we charge a flat $10 USD shipping fee.

Why am I seeing prices in other currencies? We display prices various currencies for your convenience. Please note that when you check out, you will have to check out in USD. 

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
Great news for you! We cover duties and taxes for all shipments purchased on www.linjer.co. You will not have to pay additional fees beyond the product price (unless your order is less than $75 USD in value).

How long will delivery take?
We generally ship orders within 1 business day of when you place your order; this may extend to 2 business days if there is a public holiday. We will send you a tracking number by email after your parcel leaves the warehouse.
- United States: Deliveries usually take 5-14 business days, although it can be faster. You can upgrade to express shipping for $8 USD to receive it in 2-5 business days.
- Europe: Deliveries usually take 6-14 business days, although it can be faster. You can upgrade to express shipping for $20 USD to receive it in 2-5 business days.
- Elsewhere: Deliveries usually take 2-5 business, although it can be faster.

SUGGESTED HOLIDAY ORDER-BY DATES
Need your parcel by Christmas? Make sure to place your order with plenty of time to spare, as there can often be delays during the holiday season.
- Shipping to United States or Europe: Our suggested order-by date (December 3) for free shipping has passed. If you want to be reasonably sure of delivery by December 23, you'll need to order by December 15 and upgrade to express shipping.
- Shipping to Hong Kong: We suggest placing your order by December 18 to receive it on or by December 23.
- Shipping anywhere else: We suggest placing your order by December 15 to receive it on or by December 23.
* Please note that we cannot guarantee shipping timelines, as much as we would like to! The holiday season can often be a bit crazy for couriers.

What if I refuse delivery?
Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient—are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.

Returns

What's your return policy?
If you're not happy for any reason, you may return eligible Linjer items within 30 days of receiving the order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original packaging. We are offering extended holiday returns for orders placed between November 15 and December 15, 2019 -- for these orders, you will have until January 15, 2020 to initiate a return (rather than the normal 30-day window).

All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your expense.

What's not eligible for return? We are not able to offer returns on crowdfunded itemspre-ordered items sold at a discount and/or products marked "final sale".

Shipping fees (for orders less than $75 USD, or express shipping upgrades) are non-refundable.

What's the return process?
We are pleased to offer simple returns in these countries:

  • United States
  • United Kingdom
  • Hong Kong
  • Canada (for watches, watch straps and wallets only)

Email us and we'll send you a return label to use for the return shipment. A flat rate of $15 USD per shipment will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping, handling and restocking. 

...otherwise: Return parcels must be sent to a specific address in Oslo, Norway (if you're in Norway), Slough, England (if you're in the EU), or Hong Kong (if you're anywhere else). The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.

Exchanges

What's your exchange policy?
We don't have a formal exchange program. If you'd like to exchange something for a different colour or size, we treat it like a return. Then you can place a new order on our webshop for the item you'd like to receive in exchange.
