Where does Linjer ship?
We ship everywhere around the world.

How much does shipping cost?
We cover the shipping -- it's free for you. 

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
We cover duties and taxes for shipments to all countries. You will not have to pay additional fees beyond the product price.

How long will delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days, although it's often shorter. Orders are delivered by courier, usually FedEx or UPS. Orders shipping to Hong Kong are delivered by a local courier service, usually within 1-2 business days.

You'll receive a tracking number shortly after placing your order, so you can see exactly when it’s scheduled to arrive.

We ship the majority of our orders from fulfillment warehouse in Hong Kong. At times we also ship from within the United States if we happen to carry inventory there.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Linjer items. If you're not happy for any reason, you may return any full-price Linjer items within 30 days of receiving the order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer returns on pre-ordered items sold at a discount; although naturally there are exceptions where we've made a mistake.

What's the returns process?
US Customers: We offer simple returns. Email us and we'll send you a return label to use for the return shipment. A flat rate of USD $15 will be deducted from your refund per item to cover return shipping, handling and restocking. All returns must be unused and in original condition.

UK Customers: We offer simple returns. Email us and we'll send you a return label to use for the return shipment. A flat rate of USD $15 will be deducted from your refund per item to cover return shipping, handling and restocking. All returns must be unused and in original condition.

Canadian Customers: We offer simple returns for our watches, watch leather straps and wallets. Email us and we'll send you a return label to use for the return shipment. A flat rate of USD $15 will be deducted from your refund per item to cover return shipping, handling and restocking.

Returns of leather bags and portfolios must be sent to our warehouse in the US. 
The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.

All returns must be unused and in original condition.

Norwegian Customers: Return parcels must be sent to Oslo. The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us. All returns must be unused and in original condition.

EU Customers: Return parcels must be sent to Slough, England. The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us. All returns must be unused and in original condition.

Customers everywhere else: Return parcels must be sent to Hong Kong. The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.  All returns must be unused and in original condition.

EXCHANGES

How do I exchange an item?
We don’t operate a standard exchange service. If you want to order an item in a different size or another colour, just place a new order in our online shop. We can only accept the exchange if the item you are returning is unused and in new condition. We'll send you a return label for the original item (free of charge), and no restocking fee will be applied.
