Where does Linjer ship?
We ship everywhere around the world.

How much does shipping cost?
We cover the shipping -- it's free for you. 

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
We cover duties and taxes for shipments to all countries. You will not have to pay additional fees beyond the product price.

Where does Linjer ship from? How long will it take?
We ship the majority of our orders from fulfillment warehouse in Hong Kong. At times we also ship from within the United States if we happen to carry inventory there.

Orders shipping to Hong Kong are delivered by a local courier service, usually within 1-2 business days. Orders shipping outside of Hong Kong are delivered with a courier, usually FedEx or UPS. Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days, although it's often shorter. 

RETURNS

What is your return policy?
You may return any full-price Linjer items within 14 days of receipt, provided that the items are unused and in original condition. Pre-ordered items may not be returned for refund, although naturally in the case of a mistake on our part we make exceptions.

What's the returns process?
US Customers: We offer simple returns. Email us and we'll send you a return label to use for the return shipment. A flat rate of $15 will be deducted from your refund per item to cover return shipping, handling and restocking.

Norwegian Customers: Return parcels must be sent to Oslo. The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us

EU Customers: Return parcels must be sent to Florence,Italy. The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us

Customers everywhere else: Return parcels must be sent to Hong Kong. The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.

EXCHANGES

What is your exchange policy?
We don’t operate a standard exchange service. If you want to order an item in a different colour or size, arrange to have the first item returned, and just place a new order in our online shop.
