How much does shipping cost?
We cover the shipping -- it's free for you.

Why are the prices for Europe higher?
We ship our orders from outside Europe, so when your parcel arrives at the border, local customs will charge duty and sales tax on the parcel. These fees are not factored in the regular price of items in our store, as we have customers all over the world.

We allow you to prepay taxes and duty on checkout. This is the best solution to avoid customs delays, and it also saves you on brokerage fees to get your parcel through customs. We subsidize this cost.

Where does Linjer ship from? How long will it take?
We ship the majority of our orders from fulfillment warehouse in Hong Kong. At times we also ship from within the United States if we happen to carry inventory there.

Orders shipping to Hong Kong are delivered by a local courier service, usually within 1-2 business days. Orders shipping outside of Hong Kong are delivered with a courier, usually FedEx or UPS. Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days, although it's often shorter.


What is your return policy?
You may return any full-price Linjer items within 14 days of receipt, provided that the items are unused and in original condition.

Where are returns sent?
Customers in the U.S. can send returns to us in the U.S. For customers outside the U.S., returns must be sent to our warehouse in Hong Kong. The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.
