Linjer Return Policy

What's the return policy?
If you're not happy for any reason, you may return eligible Linjer items within 30 days of receiving the order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original packaging. All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your expense.

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS!: Orders placed between November 22 and December 15 have an extended returns window -- you have until January 15, 2019 to initiate a return (rather than the normal 30-day window).

What's not eligible for return? We are not able to offer returns on crowdfunded itemspre-ordered items sold at a discount and/or products marked "final sale".

What's the return process?
We are pleased to offer simple returns in these countries:

  • United States
  • United Kingdom
  • Hong Kong
  • Canada (for watches, watch straps and wallets only)

Email us and we'll send you a return label to use for the return shipment. A flat rate of $15 USD per item will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping, handling and restocking. 

...otherwise: Return parcels must be sent to a specific address in Oslo, Norway (if you're in Norway), Slough, England (if you're in the EU), or Hong Kong (if you're anywhere else). The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.
